Refund Policy

We trust you love your DIVA pieces – but if something isn’t quite right, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With tags still attached
• Returned in the original packaging

Please note:

• Returns are only accepted for orders within Switzerland
• Return shipping costs are not covered by DIVA
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed
